Writing a support ticket
If you have any questions you can use our contact page to write to us. For support questions go to our support page. Fill the required data (All data needs to be valid.) and send the message. Please don’t forget to choose THEME NAME, when sending a ticket. We run support Weekdays 10am-6pm GMT + 4. You can expect a response within 12-24 hours Monday to Friday. We’ll respond to questions outside of these times & weekends occasionally, but please don’t expect a response outside our stated hours.
